Hydatidosis is a cosmopolitan anthropozoonose due to development of the larval form of a taenia canids called Echinococcus granulosus. Cutaneous fistula of chest wall hydatid cysts remains rare. The double localisation on lymph nodes and ribs has not yet been described. We present the case of 58 years old man with cutaneous fistula of ribs and lymph nodes hydatidosis mimicking a tumor lesion.
A complete resection with safe margins was performed. We propose to review the pathogenic and therapeutic aspects of this rare entity.
